Just over a month ago we took on a brand new trainee – Alfie Warburton!
Alfie came to us at first just for a bit of work experience aiming to look at changing his career. As a trained plumber, he had been let down by employers of past and grew frustrated with the industry.
With a bit of a push from our friend, Alison Watson MBE, we got him in a few days a week to try out a bit of surveying and he instantly got the bug.
In a matter of weeks, we knew we wanted him to be part of our team. So we took the plunge and got him on board.
He’s really hit the ground running and is mega keen to get stuck in wherever he can help.
Here he is loving work life on site at B. & E. BOYS LIMITED development in Sheffield. Under careful supervision of course, he’s enjoyed what the change in career has brought so far!
