Building Connections in Our Industry

At Site Surveying Services, we have always believed in supporting our local community and building connections rather than competing with others in our industry. By working together, we are confident we can help create a stronger, more prosperous region for everyone in our industry.

This is what inspired us to start Lancashire Construction Connections; informal networking events bringing together professionals across the construction and property industry in Lancashire and beyond.

The Launch Event

The first Lancashire Construction Connections event was held in the 1968 Lounge at Accrington Stanley. It was organised and sponsored by us and Rosslee Construction, who we can’t thank enough for their support. It was fantastic to see such a great turnout, with familiar faces we’ve worked with over the years and plenty of new connections made.

We’d also like to extend our gratitude to our charity partner Accrington Stanley Community Trust, who did a great job hosting our prize draw. They are an award-winning, non-profit registered charity and community organisation. They deliver initiatives that focus on health, education, inclusion, employability and sports development. They work to enhance the lives of people of all ages across Hyndburn, whether through school holiday clubs, mental health support programs, or projects that tackle social isolation.

Future Plans

We’re pleased to announce that the next Lancashire Construction Connections event is scheduled for February 2025. Details will be shared in the new year, but for those looking to take on a bigger role, sponsorship opportunities will be available.

We’re excited to see this network grow and can’t wait to welcome even more professionals to the next event.
